Welcome to Beauty n Care. These Home Salon Terms & Conditions are designed for use by Beauty salons or similar businesses offering beauty therapy.

With the busy lifestyle of our clients, we understand that they neither have the time nor the inclination to visit conventional beauty salons. We created The Beauty n Care to take your pressure and stress away, delivering a comprehensive menu of all services directly to your door at the time which suits you. The Beauty n Care – HOME SALON services aim to provide you with ultimate luxury Salon services in the comfort of your home. We are proud to offer you a wide range of services with the highest standard. We leave no stone unturned to go that extra mile to ensure you feel pampered at your convenience.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on or user of this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of in. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Services Policy

1. Minimum order for any Beauty n Care will be 599 & the appointment has to be taken 2 hours in advance.
2. Beauty n Care provide doorstep services only Female to Female.
3. The service timing mentioned in the rate card is sacrosanct and our therapists are to trained to provide the best quality service within that time period.

Safety and Sexual Harassment

1. It is the entire responsibility of the person booking the service and the apartment/residence owner to ensure that the female therapists/beauticians visiting their promises are professionally respected and their personal physical or emotional safety is not breached under any circumstances.
2. Customer is responsible for the safety of the stylist while the stylist is at the customer's place. If there is any Harassment or Sexual Harassment with Stylist at the customer's place then the customer will be responsible for it and the company can take legal action.
3. Any deliberate abuse of the therapist's personal & emotional safety will result in the criminal prosecution of the customer in the jurisdiction of a court in the city.

Cancellation

1. In case of a cancellation of the services from our end. Due to any reason beyond our control, the advance payment of 100% be carried forward to the next preferred date given by the customer or will be refunded within 2 working days. (E.g. Strike, natural disaster etc.).
2. Appointment once confirmed and booked will be rescheduled. after reaching the stylist in the customer location you have to pay a minimum of 150 Rs. for order cancellations.

Payments and Claims

1. The time is from 9 am to 7 pm only. For odd hours booking an extra charge of 200 Rs. will be levied.
2. Customer raise the query for payment issue under 24 hr.
3. If there is any problem due to the product or electrical equipment, the complaint will be approved within 4 hours or will be checked by BNC Quality team. And will not happen after 4 hours.
4. If the Customer refuses to pay, the Company may take legal action. If there is any mistake on the part of the stylist, then the matter will be investigated. and it will be resolved.
5. If the customer refuses to pay, the company may take legal action. In case of a stylist's mistake, the company stands by the customer and will investigate the matter.

Fraud and Theft

1. It is not acceptable to make a theft complaint against the stylist after the booking has been completed and the customer has left the home.
2. While the stylist is at the client's location, the client will be required to check their personal belongings and fill out a consent form.
3. If the stylist kit or any item is stolen from the customer's property, the customer will be responsible.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in India. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in India, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to India, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in India.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Beauty n Care. does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Beauty n Care.,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Beauty n Care. shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
